Returns & Exchanges

We want you to adore your Serena pieces. If something isn’t quite right, full-priced items can be returned within 30 days, and sale items within 14 days.

Australian returns

Free refunds for size exchanges & store credit. Full-priced items are eligible for a refund or size exchange within 30 days.

International returns

You have 30 days for full-priced items and 14 days for sale items. International customers cover their own return shipping costs.

What we need

To keep things hygienic, we can only accept returns that meet the criteria below:

  1. The item is in its original condition with all tags and hygiene protection attached.
  2. No signs of use — e.g. marks, rips, stains, deodorant, fake tan, or washing.
  3. Full-priced items within 30 days of purchase, for a refund or size exchange.
  4. Sale items within 14 days, for a size exchange or store credit only.
  5. Exchanges are subject to availability — please check the sizes shown on the product page.

Once we receive your return, it’s processed within 2–3 business days. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns that don’t meet the above.

Sale items

Sale items can be returned for a size exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase.

Damaged or faulty goods

We hope you never receive a damaged or faulty item — but if you do, please email serena@serenaunderwear.au with photos of the item and your order number, and we’ll make it right.
